BritRock 2008
There have been a few changes to the BritRock team since 2007, Sarah Johnson of Sarah's Modern Jive is now the sole owner of BritRock Ltd and would like to acknowledge Rock Bottoms for their valuable input over the years and wish them good luck in the future.
This year we plan to make the event even more special than ever including trade stands, sponsors, media coverage, professional filming, DVD's and a high profile celebrity guest appearance.
Sarah will be in charge and organising the week-ends events, steered by Gordon Pownells meticulous planning. Sally Ford will be at the decks playing the amazing competition & social music that she is highly accredited for.

Friday Night Ball 2008
For music lovers and to add some extra Razz-a-ma-tazz this special evening we will have, exclusive to Sarah's Modern Jive 'RetrOactive' an amazing 10 piece band consisting of 3 vocals, 5 saxaphones and Simon Pickering, a West End music director on keys, plus Grrrreat DJ music too please go to Cocktail & Jive for more information about us. The music is Latin, Swing, Rock, Soul, Jazz, Blues, Funk, Pop and Rat Pack.
£ This will be just one of the major attractions of the evening and prices will be discounted for early bookings £

Saturday Competition
This will run exactly as all previous years with Sarah's Modern Jive helpers at hand, Sally at the decks, Compared this year by Gordon Pownall, organised and decorated by Sarah.

All bookings can be made as in previous years by either completing a BritRock 08 form from your local Jive Organisation or by going to the BritRock web site and downloading the entry form from there.
