GOOD FRIDAY & EASTER SUNDAY FREESTYLES AT DONCASTER

Just a reminder that we have 2 fabulous freestyles coming up this bank holiday weekend, so it's time to get DRESSED UP and PARTY.

The first is:

Good Friday (21st March) - Parklands Sports & Social Club, Wheatley Hall Road, Doncaster, DN2 4LT

Parklands is a superb venue with a proper sprung dance floor and great atmosphere. Simon will be playing his usual standard of great music and we're expecting a high turnout. Doors open 8pm and dancing till 11.45pm.

The second is:

Easter Sunday Ball (23rd March) - Askern Miners' Welfare Club, Manor Way, Askern, Doncaster, DN6 0AJ

Askern is again another top venue with superb sprung dance floor and Freestyles are always well attended. The first 40 jivers will also receive a piece of home made Easter Cake. Doors open 7.30pm and dancing till 11.30pm.

IMPORTANT BANK HOLIDAY CLOSURES

Ossett Town Hall (Bank Hol Monday 24th) and Parklands (Wednesday 26th) will be CLOSED for one week only. (Note that Jatinder will be teaching at Parklands tonight 19th March).

STILL OPEN - Worsborough (Monday 24th); Barnsley Hospital Club, (Thursday 27th) and Walton Sports and Social Club, (Tuesday 25th) will be open as normal during the bank holiday week.

ASKERN TUESDAY

Askern Tuesday is temporarily CLOSED but will RE-OPEN on TUESDAY 22nd APRIL with a fabulous launch night and special guest instructor. Watch out for more information. In the meantime come along and Jive every SUNDAY night at this fabulous venue.

We hold class nights in Birdwell (Barnsley), Walton (Wakefield) and Ossett (Wakefield) as well as freestyle events at 2 great venues in Sheffield and Elsecar (Barnsley).

Come along and learn this exiting new dance. The cost is just £6 and there's no need to bring a partner. Beginners' class starts at 7.30pm. Intermediate/Review class 8.45pm. Dancing till 10.30pm.

A wide range of music from slow sensual blues, or contemporary latin to modern chart mix compliment the evening which is not to be missed by both experienced dancers and beginners.
