60s THEME NIGHT FREESTYLE - ASKERN MINERS' WELFARE CLUB THIS FRIDAY 23RD MAY

Just a reminder that this Friday 23 May it is the monthly Askern freestyle. To celebrate the bank holiday weekend we are making it a '60s' theme night with some great music and complete with choci fountain and free raffle. So grab your 60s gear, or if you prefer 'dress to impress' and join us for a great night's dancing. Dancing from 8pm to 11.45pm. Only £7.

BANK HOLIDAY SUNDAY FREESTYLE - ASKERN MINERS' WELFARE CLUB 25TH MAY

If you can't make our 60s THEME NIGHT, and fancy a dance this bank holiday weekend, don't despair, as we will be holding a further freestyle on our regular Sunday Class night (25th May). Dress to impress. Dancing from 7.30pm to 11.30pm. £7.

Northern Jive runs Modern Jive classes as well as freestyle events and workshops in South and West Yorks. We pride ourselves on providing you with the very best in tuition as well as great social night out. We hold class nights in Birdwell (Barnsley), Walton (Wakefield) and Ossett (Wakefield) as well as freestyle events at 2 great venues in Sheffield and Elsecar (Barnsley).

Come along and learn this exiting new dance. The cost is just £6 and there's no need to bring a partner. Beginners' class starts at 7.30pm. Intermediate/Review class 8.45pm. Dancing till 10.30pm.

A wide range of music from slow sensual blues, or contemporary latin to modern chart mix compliment the evening which is not to be missed by both experienced dancers and beginners.
