PARKLANDS JUNE FREESTYLE POSTPONED TO FRIDAY 4 JULY

Due to circumstances beyond our control we have postponed the Parklands freestyle scheduled for this Friday 27th June to the following FRIDAY 4 JULY. We are making it a fun theme night with stars, stripes, red, white and or blue dress code (not compulsory).

The Parklands venue has a superb large ballroom dance floor and is fully air conditioned. Music from top DJ Simon. Plus chocolate fountain. Doors open 8.00pm and dancing till 11.45pm. Early arrival is recommended.

PARKLANDS CLASS NIGHT, WEDNESDAY 25 JUNE - GUEST INSTRUCTOR JATINDER

Top Instructor Jatinder Singh will be teaching this Wednesday at the lovely Parklands venue. Beginners class 7.30pm. Intermediate class 8.45pm. Dancing till 10.45pm.

ASKERN MINERS' WELFARE CLUB CLASS NIGHT, SUNDAY 29 JUNE - GUEST INSTRUCTOR AMANDA

Top Bubbly Instructor Amanda will be filling in for me and teaching this coming Sunday 29 June at the Askern venue. I am scheduled for a surgical operation this Friday but should be back teaching soon. I'm still hoping to be spinning the discs, so would be great to see you. Beginners class 7.30pm. Intermediate class 8.45pm. Dancing till 11.00pm.

Northern Jive runs Modern Jive classes as well as freestyle events and workshops in South and West Yorks. We hold class nights in Birdwell (Barnsley), Walton (Wakefield) and Ossett (Wakefield) as well as freestyle events at 2 great venues in Sheffield and Elsecar (Barnsley).

Come along and learn this exiting new dance. The cost is just £6 and there's no need to bring a partner. Beginners' class starts at 7.30pm. Intermediate/Review class 8.45pm. Dancing till 10.30pm.

A wide range of music from slow sensual blues, or contemporary latin to modern chart mix compliment the evening which is not to be missed by both experienced dancers and beginners.
