Move It Dance Exhibition 7 - 9 March

Modern Jive / LeRoc will be on show at the massive international dance exhibition Move It London 2008 held at Olympia from 7th to 9th March. Around 14,000 people attended the Move It Dance exhibition in 2007 and this years Move It is expecting 18,000 to 20,000 visitors from all over the UK.
Many independent clubs and organizations are joining forces to promote Modern Jive/LeRoc and introduce it to dance enthusiasts who have not yet discovered it.

- Britrock
... to name but a few.
Well known modern jive champions will be performing on stage and the modern jive workshops will provide taster classes. From our exhibition stand we will distribute thousands of leaflets with information on where to dance modern jive so if you want your club to be included please contact us as soon as possible.

LeRoc Surrey will celebrate ten fantastic years in Dorking later this year. All our venues have bars.
Friday 18th Friday "Xtra" Freestyle @ Tylney Hall 8-12pm is on, Leatherhead Leisure Centre, Guildford Rd, KT22 9BL. Big Venue, with big numbers attending. This venue is still amazing dancers! £8/9. We love it so much we put an extra night on!

As the weekend approaches, it's time to pull on those dancing shoes and head towards the Midlands Premier Modern Jive Venue with Air-Conditioning. The Jaguar Sports & Social Club in Radford COVENTRY is fast becoming the favorite venue of Midlands (and beyond) dancers. The New 'TGI' Friday Freesyle Dance Nights

Starting Friday 1st February 'TGI Friday (Thank Goodness It's Friday) Freestyles at Eastbourne Town Hall has moved to the 1st Friday of every month and Sarah's Modern Jive is very proud to announce CeRoc Teachers & 3 X BritRock Champions, Simon Rich & Nicole Becky, taking all 11 months lessons.
Held at this large beautiful venue with wooden sprung floor it is an ideal venue to host such a wonderful event. Doors open at 8pm with Simon & Nicole teaching at 8.15pm sharp, taking dancers through routines at Intermediate/Advanced levels crafted with a little bit of difference.
Djing the 1st evening will be DJ Bob Ball www.discojive.com followed by freestyle dancing until 12 midnight. Free Tea, Coffee & Biscuits all evening, a soft drinks bar is available or BYO alcohol and picnic.

The Vikings Hotel, Western Road in Goole just off the M62. This new additional night to our regular Mondays has the same opening & closing times, 7.30pm till 11.00pm. Beginners classs at 7.45pm but the intermediates at 9pm changes format each week, between, standard intermediate, advanced, blues and Latin. The last hour of music will be slowed down with blues, latin, RnB to give dancers more time to put styling and expression into their dance moves.
Licensed Bar, Air Con, secure car parking.

The evening begins with a Bucks Fizz reception at 7:30pm at The Buckden Millennium Centre, Burberry Road, Buckden, Nr St Neots in Cambs PE19 5UY
CJ is your esteemed DJ for the evening and he will be playing a broad selection of music for your dancing pleasure.
Jive Nites are proud to announce and welcome the 2007 Britrock, Leroc and Ceroc Scotland Showcase Champions, Peter Fradley and Amy Muncaster. This dynamic couple will be wowing all with a demonstration of what they do best, and sharing a little of their style and technique during the early evening fun class.
