SKI AREA OVERVEIW

Vialattea or Milky Way as better known by brits.

In the area of Vialattea you can ski on the slopes of the great champions, on the slopes that have hosted the XX Olympic Winter Games of Turin 2006.

The Vialattea has lifts made for the Olympic event, race tracks and spectacular techniques and a network of snow-enhanced technological and highly supported by new sources of snow making.

The offer ski Vialattea is huge: the International largest of Europe, which develops between Italy and France, ranging from Sestriere to Sauze d'Oulx, Sansicario, Cesana, Claviere, until the French Montgenèvre.

You can start your skiing from Pragelato with the new cable car Pattemouche - Amphitheatre.

I have to admit I was rather nervous being both a novice dancer and watersports enthusiast not to mention I didn’t know a soul but my worries were unfounded as not only was I made to feel a very welcome member of the group but I had the time of my life. I have come away with many exciting stories, great memories and better still a list of phone numbers and emails from all the great people I met. I would especially like to thank all the men who had the patience to dance with me and show me some new moves. I cannot wait to book for next year and for anyone like me single, scared and seeking an adventure please book you won’t regret it. TRIBUTE from Kathy on Lesvos 2007

After the 2007 Lesvos trip, I am keen to repeat it.
Beach Activities were just great with upbeat and helpful staff that explained everything really well and encouraged and included everyone, especially those with not much experience, like me. The waterskiing was free and they also did organise canoe trips such as stopping off for a coffee in town!
Not being able to drive my own boat, it was easy to get plenty of rides on the little Dart Cats which really wizz along for a very satisfactory chill out experience.
The Bikes provided were top notch, with dinky gloves included and lots of nearby interesting places / sculptures, turtles river and bars to cycle to.

5 minutes walk away was a local village with shops and even an internet cafe hanging over the sea front on stilts! Not to mention a mix of several bars, from pretty basic - to very smart - to quite edgy and funky - or was that all just us!

With such a large group of dancers, there were many more than enough dance lessons in the hotel, covering widely differing dance styles, [when I got time to go to them and plenty of opportunities to dance informally or freestyle. A week was not long enough for this venue !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Diaries from the beach - from the away team here in sunny Turkey...

Chill Out fitness area or Jetty Bar are the best places in the hotel to dance.
The Tuesday evening Beach BBQ was very good food with dancing afterwards.

Hotel great. Rooms great, whole Complex and Location great
Boats great, boat Staff great
Bikes great
Food great overall rating = GREAT.

Loads of boats and approx 200 beach staff so no problem getting in or out of the water!

Week 2 starts this Sunday 18th May
